Job summary

Aspen Valley Health is seeking an Outpatient Clinics Medical Assistant to support clinicians across multiple outpatient sites. You will perform clinical care under physician and nursing supervision, while also handling front-desk registration, consent forms, insurance collection, scanning, and billing at the point of service.

You’ll float between clinics to cover staffing needs and deliver exceptional customer service.

Qualifications

• Basic Life Support (BLS) required or obtained on hire.
• Medical Assistant certification preferred.
• Bilingual in Spanish preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical care under physician and nursing supervision.
• Assist with front desk duties: patient registration, consent forms, insurance information, scanning and charging at time of service.
