Job summary

Ellie Mental Health, PLLP is looking for an Outpatient Therapist based in Atlanta, Georgia. In this role, you will evaluate mental health diagnoses and implement treatment plans while collaborating with a dynamic team to address mental health barriers in the community.

Candidates should hold a master’s degree in a behavioral science and have experience working with couples. The role requires maintaining a caseload of at least 25 clients weekly and engaging in both in-office and telehealth appointments.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate mental health diagnosis, create, and implement a treatment plan, complete ongoing documentation including further diagnosis, treatment plan reviews, and case notes according to company policy
• Provide excellent customer service for clients and collaborate with a dynamic team to further the mission of filling gaps in our community
• Utilize creativity in interventions to help clients achieve and exceed goals
• Prepare and submit individual documentation for each session per company guidelines and protocol
• Full-Time status clinicians must maintain a caseload of a minimum of 25 client visits per week
• Conduct primarily in-office appointments, with some telehealth appointments
• Attend and participate in all clinical staff meetings and trainings
• Engaging in outreach activities to build referral partners

Required Qualifications and Skills

• Candidates are required to have a master’s degree in one of the behavioral sciences or related fields from an accredited college or university and on track to obtain licensure in their designated field
• Candidates with clinical licensure or are license eligible (LPC, APC, LMFT, AMFT, LCSW, LMSW)
• Experience working with couples
• Training in a modality that is utilized in couples’ therapy
• Required experience with completing assessments, treatment plans and clinical case notes
• Effective written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to demonstrate and model stable, appropriate boundaries with clients
• Ability to complete and submit documentation of services and other documents in a timely manner
• Willingness to engage in outreach activities to build referral partners
