Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Exhibits excellent customer relations with patients, visitors, providers, and co-workers; shows courtesy, compassion, and respect.
• Provides therapeutic patient care under supervision of RN or provider.
• Transcribes orders and follows policy.
• Communicates with a registered nurse to adjust the plan of care and assists with the nursing care plan.
• Administers medications per physician orders or standing orders within scope.
• Performs procedures and supports infection prevention and control policies.
• Documents care in Health Connect per policy and procedures.
• Assists in coordinating discharge processes and back-office workflows.
• Maintains cleanliness of nursing module/station and ensures safe patient environment.
• Participates in staff meetings and training.
