Job summary

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited LPN program.
• Current and unrestricted LPN license in the State of Georgia or South Carolina (as applicable).
• CPR certification required.
• Minimum of one year clinical experience in primary care, urgent care, or outpatient setting preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver holistic nursing care to patients of all ages, including medication administration and venipuncture.
• Conduct patient triage by collecting vital signs and histories.
• Maintain accurate patient records in the EHR system.
• Communicate effectively with staff and patients to ensure continuity of care.
• Educate patients on diagnoses, treatment plans, medications, and preventive health measures.
• Assist in staff orientation, training, and clinical competencies.
• Participate in CQI activities and assist in corrective action plans.
• Monitor QA processes including chart audits and inventory.
• Respond to patient concerns and collaborate with leadership.
• Support accreditation readiness and compliance reporting.
