Job summary

Neighborhood Improvement Project Inc. is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse for a full-time outpatient role in Thomson, GA. The LPN provides basic clinical nursing care under supervision, delivering patient care across the lifespan in a high-volume setting.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Licensed Practical Nurse program.
• Current and unrestricted LPN license in GA or SC (as applicable).
• CPR certification required.

Responsibilities

• Deliver holistic nursing care under provider orders.
• Record vital signs and patient histories in the EHR.
• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.
• Communicate with staff and patients to ensure continuity of care.
• Educate patients on diagnoses, treatments, and medications.
• Assist in case management and coordination of care.
• Support nursing leadership with staff orientation and training.
• Participate in CQI activities and corrective actions.
• Ensure vaccination handling and documentation per requirements.
