Job summary

Cape Fear Valley Health System in Fayetteville, NC seeks a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for the CFV Primary Care - Fayetteville Family clinic. The LPN will provide nursing care under the supervision of the office manager or physician and assist clinic staff and patients with daily clinic functions.

Responsibilities

• Collaborates with departmental and interdisciplinary groups in developing the patient plan of care.
• Follows patient's plan of care while participating in direct nursing care.
• Maintains accurate records of patient care.
• Administers medication as ordered by physician.
• Maintains a safe environment and supports hospital functional capacity.
