Job summary

A-Line Staffing is seeking a licensed practical nurse (LPN/LVN) for an outpatient clinic assignment in Tempe, AZ. This on-site role involves patient assessments, medication administration, clinical testing, and EMR documentation, with focus on safe, quality care.

Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma or GED (verifiable).
• Active, unrestricted LPN or LVN license in good standing.
• Current BLS certification.
• 1+ year of healthcare experience required.
• Experience with phlebotomy, vaccine administration, and point-of-care testing.
• Proficiency with EMR systems.

Responsibilities

• Administer oral, injectable, intravenous, and topical medications.
• Perform routine patient assessments and monitor vital signs.
• Identify and document abnormalities in BP, HR, RR, and temperature.
• Monitor patient responses to treatment and document findings.
• Perform or assist with phlebotomy, vaccine administration, and PO testing.
• Document patient medical history and medications in the EMR.
• Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare professionals.
• Maintain a clean, organized clinic environment.
