Job summary

A-Line Staffing is seeking a motivated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN/LVN) for an outpatient clinic in Acton, MA. This contract role is on-site with 40+ hours per week and a path to permanent hire.

Responsibilities include patient assessments, medication administration, phlebotomy and vaccines, EMR documentation, and collaboration with the care team. Must hold an active LPN/LVN license and current BLS, with 1+ year of primary care, urgent care, or ER experience.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted LPN or LVN license in good standing.
• Current BLS certification.
• 1+ year of related healthcare experience.
• Experience in Primary Care, Urgent Care, or Emergency Room settings.
• Proficiency with EMR systems.

Responsibilities

• Administer oral, injectable, intravenous, and topical medications.
• Perform routine patient assessments and monitor vital signs.
• Document medical history, medications, allergies, and procedures in the EMR.
• Assist with phlebotomy, vaccines, and point-of-care testing.
• Communicate with patients, families, and healthcare professionals.
• Maintain a clean, stocked clinic environment.
