Job summary

Yukon-Kuskokwim Health Corporation is seeking a TDY Licensed Practical Nurse for Outpatient Clinics in Bethel, Alaska. The role provides quality nursing care to all patients and supports the nursing staff in a rural outpatient setting.

TDY/temporary status with a 40-hour week and 50.25 USD per hour is offered. Minimum qualifications include Alaska LPN license, graduate of an accredited LPN/LVN program, current CPR, and willingness to work with diverse patient populations in a tribal health

Qualifications

• Graduate from an LPN/LVN program and be licensed in Alaska in good standing.
• New graduates accepted; one year hospital experience preferred.
• Current CPR certification (BCLS) required; IV certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide quality nursing care to all patients in the outpatient setting.
• Serve as a contributing member of the nursing staff within scope of practice.
• May assist after-hours in clinic and screen calls as needed.
