Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Administer long acting injections and document reactions.
• Observe patients and report problems to provider.
• Coordinate with clinical providers and pharmacy for patient requests.
• Assist in rescheduling missed appointments.
• Support health center tasks including labs, vitals, and medical staff support.
• Maintain workflow and program documentation.
• Maintain quality of clinical documentation per program requirements.
• Other duties as assigned.
