Ibis Healthcare is seeking an LPN to provide direct nursing care for patients with behavioral health disorders in an inpatient setting. You will support a multidisciplinary team and ensure safety through proper medication administration and infection control.

The role requires a Florida LPN license and the ability to coordinate care with Registered Nurses, with a focus on outcome-driven interventions and compassionate patient interaction in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Licensed Practical Nurse license in Florida.
• Ability to present information clearly to managers, patients, families, employees.
• Ability to solve practical problems in varying situations and seek RN help when needed.
• Ability to multitask, make decisions, and use basic computer skills.

Responsabilités

• Assess physiological, psychosocial, and environmental needs and report to RN.
• Implement the plan of care based on nursing standards.
• Evaluate nursing interventions for effectiveness.
• Ensure accurate documentation approved by a RN.
• Demonstrate critical-thinking and involve RN when required.
• Monitor staff and workflow of the unit.
• Share knowledge in line with policies and procedures.
• Show empathy for patients with behavioral disorders.
