Job summary

Lifebulb Counseling & Therapy is seeking outpatient therapists to join a mission-driven, clinician-first organization offering stability, support, and the ability to make an impact from home.

We provide ongoing support, training, and administrative resources as a W2 employee with telehealth infrastructure; pay ranges from $70,000 to $110,000 per year across licensed states and flexible scheduling to fit your life.

Qualifications

• Active state license in LCSW, LPC, or Psychologist (PhD/PsyD).
• Ethical, evidence-based mental health care.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual telehealth therapy to clients in licensed state.
• Complete treatment plans and progress notes.
• Collaborate with clinical leadership as needed.

Your Role

As an outpatient therapist at Lifebulb, you will:

• Provide individual telehealth therapy to clients in your licensed state(s)
• Complete treatment plans and progress notes
• Collaborate professionally with clinical leadership when needed
• Uphold Lifebulb’s mission, values, and standards of care

Requirements

• Active state license in one of the following:
• LCSW
• LPC
• Psychologist (PhD/PsyD)
• Dedication to providing ethical, effective, evidence-based care
