Job summary

Lifebulb Counseling & Therapy is a fast-growing outpatient mental-health practice that supports clinicians with referrals, telehealth infrastructure, and administrative resources. This W2 role offers remote-first work and flexible scheduling to fit your life.

As an outpatient therapist, you will provide individual telehealth therapy in your licensed state, complete treatment plans, and collaborate with leadership while upholding Lifebulb’s mission and standards of care.

Qualifications

• Active state license in one of the following: LCSW, LPC, Psychologist (PhD/PsyD).
• Dedication to providing ethical, effective, evidence-based care.
• Experience with telehealth platforms; comfort working independently.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual telehealth therapy to clients in your licensed state(s).
• Complete treatment plans and progress notes.
• Collaborate professionally with clinical leadership when needed.
• Uphold Lifebulb’s mission, values, and standards of care.

You will be hired as a W2 employee with ongoing support, training, and administrative resources.

Your Role

As An Outpatient Therapist At Lifebulb, You Will

• Provide individual telehealth therapy to clients in your licensed state(s)
• Complete treatment plans and progress notes
