Ellie Mental Health (“Ellie”) is rapidly expanding across South Florida and we are seeking licensed mental health providers (LMHC, LCSW, LMFT, PsyD, or PhD) to join our brand-new clinic serving Lake Worth, FL, and surrounding areas. Ellie clinics are structured to remove many of the daily obstacles that get in the way of providing world-class mental health services. The role will be primarily located in Lake Worth, FL, with flexibility for some remote work. We offer a blended service model with in-person and telehealth options. You’ll love working in our modern office environment designed with a warm vibe and community feel.

Responsibilities include:

1. Comprehensive mental health assessments for the identification of psychological needs.
2. Provide direct clinical services for clients (individuals, families, groups) utilizing evidenced-based modalities such as CBT, ACT, MI, etc. to help clients achieve and exceed goals.
3. Complete ongoing documentation of services provided that is consistent with professional standards and established clinical procedures.
4. Provide excellent customer service for clients and collaborate with a dynamic team to further the mission of filling gaps in our community.
5. Participate in an Integrated Care Model by coordinating services with collateral contact providers including but not limited to family members, medical personnel, school staff, and case managers as needed.
6. Attend and participate in all clinical team meetings and trainings.
7. Participate in community outreach and networking efforts to build relationships.
8. Respond to communications and requests from Clinical Director in a reasonable & professional time frame.
9. Full-Time clinicians must maintain a caseload of a minimum of 28 client visits per week; Part-Time clinicians available with minimum 12 client visits per week.
10. Other duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications and Skills:

1. Candidates are required to have a master’s degree or higher in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work or related field from an accredited college or university.
2. Active clinical licensure (LMHC, LCSW, LMFT, PsyD, or PhD) in the State of Florida.
3. Minimum of 3 years of post-licensure experience in psychological assessment and psychotherapy with children, adolescents, adults, and/or families.
4. Multicultural competence in mental health.
5. Effective written and verbal communication skills.
6. Ability to complete and submit documentation of services and other documents in a timely manner.
7. Proficient in the use of Office 365 and Electronic Health Record systems (Valant experience a plus!).
8. Fully Licensed Clinicians will ideally be credentialed with insurance panels.
9. Ability to speak Spanish is desirable, but not required.
