Qualifications

• Active North Carolina license as an LCSW, LCSWA, LCMHC, or LCMHCA.
• Experience providing mental health and/or substance use services as a clinician.
• Strong documentation, organization, and time-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual, group, and family therapy using evidence-based practices.
• Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments (CCAs).
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
• Participate in multidisciplinary treatment team meetings.
• Maintain timely and accurate documentation in the EMR.
• Provide clinical services to individuals with mental health and substance use disorders.
• Demonstrate cultural competence and client-centered clinical practice.
