Job summary

New Horizons of the Treasure Coast is seeking an Outpatient Lead to coordinate outpatient operations, mentor administrative staff, and translate operational data into actionable insights. This role balances compassionate care with efficient workflows to support patients and teams.

As an Outpatient Support & Data Lead, you will supervise support staff, oversee day-to-day office operations, maintain EHR data integrity, and prepare diverse administrative reports.

Qualifications

• Must pass Level 2 Background through DCF and AHCA Clearinghouse.
• An associate's degree or five years of experience will be considered.
• Minimum of two years supervisory experience is recommended.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative direction and supervision of support staff.
• Oversee day-to-day operations of the office support functions.
• Prepare administrative reports and manage special projects.
• Ensure and maintain data integrity of the EHR system.
• Oversee scheduling reconciliation and client demographics.
• Provide back-up in front reception, intake, insurances when needed.
• Perform other duties as requested.
• Apply Therapeutic Effective Aggression Management (CPI/CARE) techniques when needed.

About the Role

New Horizons is looking for an Outpatient Lead who will play a vital role in coordinating outpatient operations, mentoring administrative staff, and transforming operational data into actionable insights. This position ensures a balance between compassionate service and efficient workflow — helping our team deliver outstanding care and support to every patient we serve.

As a Outpatient Support & Data Lead, you will:

• Provide administrative direction, leadership, and supervisor of support staff.
• Conduct Employee Performance Management Activities
• Oversee all activities for the day-to-day operations of the office support functions
• Prepare a wide variety of administrative reports and performs special projects as requested
• Ensure and maintains the data integrity of the EHR system.
• Oversee all scheduling reconciliation and works on client demographics.
• Provide and performs back up in all support staff areas (i.e. front reception, intake, insurances etc.) as time permits or need demands.
• Perform other duties as requested.
• Must be able to apply Therapeutic Effective Aggression Management (CPI/CARE) Techniques without limitations.
