Job summary

Jackson Physician Search is seeking an experienced board-certified Interventional PM&R or Pain Management physician for an outpatient private practice in Minnesota. The team includes dedicated nurses and APPs handling follow-ups, with RFAs and needle procedures as the core services.

The opportunity offers a $450,000–$500,000 base salary plus a $50,000 sign-on and additional productivity incentives, in a flexible weekday schedule with no call or weekend requirements.

Qualifications

• Board-certified Interventional PM&R or Pain Management physician.
• Outpatient private practice interventional PM&R.
• Candidate ready to contribute with minimal ramp-up time.

Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient interventional PM&R care in a private practice setting.
• Lead procedures including RFAs and needle-based interventions.
• No on-call, no weekend schedule; follow-up visits managed by APPs.
