Job summary

Britt Medical Search is seeking a BE/BC Internist to join an established outpatient practice in Southeast Washington. The role offers a full-time schedule with four- or five-day weeks, no evenings or weekend hours, and dedicated MA support on-site imaging/lab and AI scribing.

Guaranteed base salary with quarterly productivity and annual quality incentives, signing/relocation bonuses, full benefits and potential for partnership. Six to eight weeks of PTO are provided.

Qualifications

• BE/BC in Internal Medicine (US board)
• Licensed to practice medicine in WA
• Outpatient clinic experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality outpatient internal medicine care
• Collaborate with MA and support staff to coordinate patient care
• Utilize on-site imaging/lab and AI scribing tools
• Participate in quality initiatives and patient education

Education

Board-certified/board-eligible in Internal Medicine
