Select Physical Therapy is seeking a Physical Therapist for our Outpatient Internal Travel Program in Ft. Wayne, IN. This full-time travel role offers a $90,000 base salary and opportunities across multiple centers within the program.

You will evaluate and treat patients, document care, and collaborate with physicians and staff. A state license and CPR certification are required; travel assignments provide professional growth with mentorship and benefits.

• Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited school
