Select Medical is seeking a Physical Therapist for its Travel Physical Therapy Program in Ft. Wayne, IN. This full-time role offers a base salary of $90,000 with strong incentives and student loan relief opportunities.

You will travel across states, complete required training, evaluate and treat patients, and collaborate with a multi-disciplinary team while maintaining compliance and professional growth through mentorship and OP-CAP programs.

Qualifications

• Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited school.
• Current State physical therapist license or eligibility for licensure in the State of practice.
• CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Complete and maintain all corporate and clinical services required training and maintain compliance with state/local/federal regulations
• Evaluate, treat, direct, and document treatment for patients
• Maintain open and respectful communication with colleagues, physicians, patients, family members and third-party payors
• Attend/participate in center meetings as directed by the center manager

Education

Physical Therapy degree from an accredited school

State licensure eligibility for the State of practice
