Job summary

Community Health System in Winchester, VA seeks an Internal Medicine Physician for outpatient primary care with a 4x10 schedule (8am–6pm) and an average of 18 patient visits per day. The team consists of 3 MDs and 13 APPs, using Athena with Suki for AI note-taking.

Board-certified or -eligible physicians with Virginia licensure are encouraged to apply. The position offers a base salary between $270,000 and $300,000 plus a $30,000 patient-encounter bonus, a $10,000 sign-on, relocation assistance

Qualifications

• Board certified/eligible in Internal Medicine.
• Virginia medical license required or eligible.
• H1B visa status may be required.

Responsibilities

• Follow all departmental policies and procedures.
• Discuss and explain treatments and medications thoroughly with patients.
• Provide evaluations, treatment, and medication management in the outpatient setting.
• On call: 1:10 – phone only (low due to triage service line screening calls)
