Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient primary care to adult and geriatric patients.
• Perform comprehensive histories, physical examinations, and routine health assessments.
• Diagnose and manage acute illnesses and complex chronic medical conditions.
• Deliver preventive care services, including screenings and immunizations.
• Develop and implement individualized, evidence-based treatment plans.
