Qualifications

• Medical Doctor (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathy (DO) degree from an accredited institution.
• Board certification (preferred) or eligible in Internal Medicine.
• Unrestricted medical license to practice in Illinois.
• Prior experience in resident supervision and medical education is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive outpatient care to adult patients, including diagnosis, treatment, and follow-up.
• Serve as a preceptor for the internal medicine residents’ continuity clinic.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to clinical protocols development.
• Engage in continuous medical education and stay current with advancements.
