Barrette Workforce Solutions, LLC is seeking a full-time, in-person Internal Medicine Physician (MD/DO) to join a mission-driven outpatient organization serving underserved patients. You will provide comprehensive outpatient care and work with an integrated team focused on prevention and chronic disease management.

Qualifications

• MD or DO degree required and license to practice in the United States.
• Board eligibility or board certification in Internal Medicine is required.
• Active state medical license or ability to obtain one is required.
• Outpatient/community-based care experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive outpatient care to adult patients in internal medicine.
• Diagnose and treat acute and chronic conditions and deliver preventive care.
• Develop individualized treatment plans and coordinate referrals as needed.
• Document encounters accurately in the EHR and participate in care meetings.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to support population health goals.
