Job summary

We are seeking a full-time Internal Medicine Physician (MD/DO) to join a mission-driven outpatient healthcare organization. This role focuses on preventive care, chronic disease management, and community health impact in a daytime, in-person schedule.

Compensation ranges from $200,000 to $295,000 per year. The role includes comprehensive benefits and loan repayment opportunities, with a collaborative care team and strong focus on underserved populations.

Qualifications

• MD or DO from an accredited medical school.
• Board Eligible or Board Certified in Internal Medicine.
• Active state medical license (or ability to obtain).
• Experience in outpatient or community-based care preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive outpatient internal medicine care to adult patients.
• Diagnose, treat, and manage acute and chronic conditions.
• Deliver preventive care, health screenings, immunizations, and wellness services.
• Develop and manage individualized treatment plans and follow-up care.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary clinical teams and coordinate referrals.
• Deliver culturally competent care with consideration of social determinants of health.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives, care coordination, and population health.
• Accurately document patient encounters in the EHR.
• Engage in clinical meetings and community health initiatives.
