Job summary

Mass General Brigham is seeking a Board Certified or Board Eligible Internal Medicine Physician to join our outpatient-based primary care network in Andover, MA. This opportunity offers collaborative, team-based care within a physician-led, not-for-profit health system.

You will provide preventive and chronic disease management, build lasting relationships with a diverse patient population, and work with nurses, social workers, and care coordinators across a supported care model with Epic EMR

Qualifications

• MD or DO with internal medicine training.
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Internal Medicine.
• Eligible for licensure in Massachusetts and/or New Hampshire.
• Commitment to high-quality, patient-centered care.
• Interest in collaborative, team-based practice.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive primary care, including preventive services and chronic disease management.
• Build long-term relationships with a diverse patient population.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including nurses, care coordinators, social workers, and behavioral health specialists.
• Participate in a care model designed to support quality outcomes and physician satisfaction.
