Job summary

Park Nicollet Clinics – Eagan is seeking a Full‑Time Internal Medicine Physician to join our outpatient primary care team. The Eagan clinic is part of the largest multi‑specialty care system in the Twin Cities, offering a collaborative environment with subspecialists and an emphasis on care coordination.

Responsibilities include comprehensive outpatient care, limited procedures, and coordination with on‑site staff to ensure high quality patient outcomes.

Qualifications

• Board certification or board eligibility in Family Medicine (or equivalent).

Responsibilities

• Provide primary care to patients in an outpatient setting, including comprehensive history and physical exam, diagnosis, treatment, and follow‑up.
• Perform a range of in‑clinic procedures as needed.
• Manage the patient in‑basket, coordinating care and documentation.
• Collaborate with an on‑site Department Assistant for clerical tasks.
• Work with an on‑site RN who supports patients with complex conditions and provides triage.
• Assist with patient follow‑up and care coordination.
