Job summary

Sanford Health – Marshfield Clinic, Stevens Point, WI, is seeking a BC/BE Internal Medicine physician for a primarily outpatient practice in a growing primary care setting.

The role offers a 4-day work week option, flexible scheduling, and collaboration with on-site specialists. A unique 80/20 clinical/community project track is available through the Orion Initiative, with 20% protected time for three years.

Qualifications

• MD/DO degree with residency in Internal Medicine.
• Board certified or board eligible in Internal Medicine.
• Experience with outpatient clinics and hospital collaboration preferred.
• Active inpatient involvement is expected in the last 12 months.

Responsibilities

• Provide 100% outpatient internal medicine care with flexible scheduling.
• Collaborate with on-site specialists and APCs.
• Manage a balanced call schedule with a nurse line as 1st contact.
• Support patient care and health maintenance in Stevens Point community.
