Job summary

Sanford Health is seeking a BC/BE Family Medicine physician for Marshfield Medical Center - Stevens Point in Wisconsin. 100% outpatient practice with flexible scheduling, allowing a 4-day work week if desired, and a supportive team of physicians and APCs on-site.

The role includes collaboration with specialists, a nurse line as first call, and a strong emphasis on work-life balance along with opportunities for education and research within the system.

Qualifications

• MD or DO required with board-certified or board-eligible status for Family Medicine.
• Completion of an accredited Family Medicine residency; eligibility for privileges within the system.
• Active clinical activity demonstrated within the last 12 months including outpatient care and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Provide 100% outpatient Family Medicine clinical care and participate in on-site collaboration with specialists.
• Support flexible scheduling and a potential 4-day work week; contribute to a collegial group of clinicians.
• Engage in a community health project for 20% of time under Orion Initiative while maintaining clinical duties.
