Job summary

SourcePro Search, LLC is seeking a full-time, in-person Internal Medicine Physician (MD/DO) for an outpatient setting serving a diverse, medically underserved population. The role emphasizes prevention, chronic disease management, and community health impact within a collaborative clinical team.

Qualifications

• MD or DO from an accredited medical school.
• Board Eligible or Board Certified in Internal Medicine.
• Active state medical license or ability to obtain.
• Experience in outpatient or community-based care preferred.
• Strong clinical judgment and communication skills.
• Commitment to underserved or diverse populations.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive outpatient internal medicine care to adult patients.
• Diagnose, treat, and manage acute and chronic medical conditions.
• Deliver preventive care, health screenings, immunizations, and wellness services.
• Develop and manage individualized treatment plans and follow-up care.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary clinical teams and coordinate referrals.
• Deliver culturally competent care considering social determinants of health.
• Participate in quality improvement, care coordination, and population health efforts.
• Accurately document patient encounters in the EHR.
• Engage in clinical meetings and community health initiatives.
