Atlantic MEDsearch in Birmingham, AL seeks a full-time Internal Medicine physician to join an established practice on hospital campus. You will walk into an existing patient base, work alongside 2 PCPs, 1 NP, and a stable staff, focusing on outpatient adult medicine with a shared call schedule.

Qualifications

• Board-certified or eligible in Internal Medicine.
• Experience in outpatient adult medicine is preferred.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Replace retiring physician and build on an established patient base.
• Provide outpatient adult medicine with a 1:4 share of call by phone.
• Coordinate with hospitalists for inpatient ER and rounding; no inpatient duties.
