Job summary

NOW Healthcare Recruitment has a Federally Qualified Health Center seeking an Internal Medicine physician to work in the Austin, TX area with 1 opening in Round Rock. The role is outpatient only, Monday–Friday 8a–5p, seeing about 20 patients daily. MD/DO with TX license or in process; J1/H1B sponsorship can be provided.

Bilingual English/Spanish preferred but not required. The center is non-profit, serving patients regardless of insurance, with 26 locations in the Austin and Central Texas area.

Qualifications

• MD/DO required for Texas medical practice.
• Board certified or board eligible in Internal Medicine; must achieve certification within 3 years if BE.
• TX Medical License or in process.
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Outpatient primary care in Internal Medicine.
• See approximately 20 patients per day.
• Provide exams, diagnoses and treatment for patients 18+.
• Limited call 3–4x per year; 2–3 calls per weekly shift.
