Curative in Texas is seeking a Board-Certified Internal Medicine Physician for a 100% outpatient practice. This is a full-time, W-2 position with a 4-day/40-hour workweek and no inpatient responsibilities.

The role features 4×10-hour shifts (7 AM–5 PM), Cerner EMR, and strong clinical/administrative support including CMAs, APP, RN care coordination, social work and scheduling. Visa sponsorship is available; Spanish strongly preferred; 2027/2028 graduates encouraged to apply; relocation

Qualifications

• MD/DO with completed Internal Medicine residency.
• Board Certified.
• Texas license not required at time of application.
• Visa sponsorship available.
• Spanish strongly preferred.
• 2027/2028 graduates encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Provide 100% outpatient internal medicine care.
• Work 4 × 10-hour shifts, 7 AM–5 PM.
• Optional phone-only evening call.
• No hospital rounding or inpatient follow-up.
• Cerner EMR utilized.
• Strong clinical and administrative support including CMAs, APP, RN care coordination, social work and scheduling.
• Broad access to UMC specialists.
