Qualifications

• State medical license in NM and DEA registration are required.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive medical care to patients with acute and chronic illnesses.
• Make professional medical judgments in patient care.
• Order, conduct, and interpret appropriate diagnostic tests.
• Prescribe treatments, medications, and non-pharmacologic therapies.
• Document all patient encounters and communications.
• Manage the provider/patient relationship and resolve complaints.
• Educate and counsel individuals, families, and groups.
