Zohorecruit is seeking an Internal Medicine physician for a busy clinic near Sheboygan, WI. The role focuses on outpatient adult and geriatric medicine with ancillary services, EMR, on-site lab and x-ray. The schedule is a 4‑day work week, with call shared 1:8 by phone.

Compensation includes a generous salary, incentives, relocation, pension, benefits, vacation/CME, malpractice coverage and a sign-on bonus. Service area covers roughly 90,000 residents in the Milwaukee/Green Bay region.

Qualifications

• Outpatient adult & geriatric medicine experience required or preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient adult and geriatric medical care.
• Collaborate with support staff to coordinate patient care.
• Care for ~37,500 annual visits; coordinate with hospitalists for inpatient needs.
