Job summary

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients across physiological, psychological, developmental, sociocultural, spiritual, and lifestyle factors.
• Develop and implement individualized care plans and update as necessary.
• Administer medications and treatments per orders; monitor for adverse reactions.
• Educate patients and families about health conditions, treatments and self-care strategies.
• Collaborate with medical staff to coordinate and optimize patient care.

Education

Associate's Degree in Nursing

Bachelor's in Nursing (Preferred)
