Job summary

Qualifications

• Associate's of Nursing [Required]

• 2+ years of nursing experience in an acute hospital setting [Required]
• Registered Nurse (RN) [Required] and BLS CPR Certification [Required]

Responsibilities

• Demonstrates critical thinking skills appropriate to patient’s level of care.
• Collects and documents patient health data systematically and timely.
• Conducts ongoing assessments and develops individualized, evidence‑based plans of care.
• Implements interventions from the plan of care safely and documents actions.
• Collaborates for timely patient placement and transfers per policy.
• Administers medications and treatments as prescribed, ensuring safety.
• Communicates with patients, families, physicians, and staff to promote a positive environment.
• Educates patients and families on health conditions and care plans.
• Maintains compliance with regulatory standards and organizational policies.
• Participates in quality, safety, and efficiency initiatives in nursing practice.
• Serves as a patient advocate and ensures patient rights and needs are addressed.
