Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited College of Pharmacy.
• Must hold Kentucky Board of Pharmacy license in good standing.
• ACLS certification required within 6 months of hire.

• Support centralized and decentralized medication use systems and optimize therapy for diverse disease states.
• Responsible for drug preparation, order verification, and inventory management.

Education
