Job summary

Baptist Health is seeking a Clinical Staff Pharmacist to provide safe, effective, and prompt medication therapy. This role supports centralized and decentralized medication-use systems, delivers optimal therapy, and ensures accurate drug preparation and inventory management within the department.

The position requires graduation from an accredited College of Pharmacy, an Indiana Pharmacy license in good standing, and ACLS certification within six months of hire.

Qualifications

• Graduate of accredited College of Pharmacy.
• Indiana Board of Pharmacy license in good standing.
• ACLS required within 6 months.

Responsibilities

• Provide safe, effective, and prompt medication therapy.
• Support centralized and decentralized medication use systems and manage drug preparation/verification.
• Assist providers as a drug information resource and monitor medication regimens per protocol.
• Manage pharmacy inventory and ensure timely medication orders and distribution.

Education
