Job summary

Client Growth Resources, Inc. is seeking a Medical Director (Infectious Disease) for an outpatient facility in Naples, FL. The role emphasizes leadership, clinical oversight, and delivering high-quality care with no night or weekend shifts.

The physician will manage 14–18 patients per day, supervise mid-level providers, ensure timely documentation, and participate in a comprehensive benefits package. On-site work with relocation support if needed.

Qualifications

• MD or DO with active license
• Valid DEA registration and Furnishing license
• Outpatient primary care experience required
• Able to manage 14–18 patients daily
• CPR/BLS certification required

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality care and meet productivity standards.
• Collaborate with care team to support patient well-being.
• Oversee scheduling to minimize no-shows and meet productivity targets.
• Complete documentation on the day of visit or within 72 hours, including E/M codes.
• Deliver primary care for chronic and acute conditions (HTN, diabetes, asthma, COPD, infections, HIV, STIs, UTIs, etc.).
• Supervise PAs and NPs, including chart reviews per policy.
• Provide after-hours on-call coverage as assigned.
• 4 hours of protected admin time weekly for full-time physicians.
