Job summary

Sarah Bush Lincoln Health Center is seeking a Clinic Nurse for the Infectious Disease Clinic (CMA or LPN). The role provides direct/indirect clinical support, assists with examinations, administers medications, documents in the EMR, and coordinates patient care. Cross training to support the wound clinic is included.

The position is full-time (40 hours/week) with on-site work. BLS within 90 days, relevant licensure, and compliance with infection control policies are required.

Qualifications

• Requires CMA or LPN with valid license and BLS within 90 days.
• Graduate of an accredited LPN program or CMA credential.
• Strong clinical skills and patient care focus.

Responsibilities

• Administers medications and treatments within scope of practice.
• Assists providers with exams, treatments and procedures.
• Cleans and stocks exam rooms and maintains infection control policies.
