Job summary

Outpatient Imaging Affiliates seeks a Diagnostic Technologist for a full-time position at our Sunset Hills imaging center in St. Louis, MO. You will perform high-quality radiographic exams, ensuring patient safety and comfort while working under the Radiology Medical Director.

Responsibilities include image production, protocol adherence, and collaboration with physicians and the imaging team. ARRT radiography certification and BLS are required within 60 days of hire. Equal opportunity employer.

Qualifications

• ARRT-certified in Radiography or equivalent
• Current registration with ARRT and state license as required
• BLS certification within 60 days of hire

Responsibilities

• Perform diagnostic radiographic examinations following imaging protocols.
• Produce high-quality images for interpretation by physicians.
• Review patient history and verify exam orders.
• Apply ALARA principles to minimize radiation exposure.
• Administer contrast media and venipuncture as needed.
• Maintain accurate patient documentation and image records.
• Assist with fluoroscopic and interventional procedures as required.
• Maintain equipment and exam room readiness.
