Qualifications

• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification is required.

Responsibilities

• Administers patient care under the direction of a physician.
• Identifies and pursues expected patient outcomes with the care team.
• Provides care consistent with policies and procedures.
• Organizes and prioritizes care and consults resources for complex cases.
• Collaborates with peers in a clinical operations environment.
• Synthesizes data to determine priorities for care including education and safety needs.
• Communicates with patient/family to update the plan of care and build relationships.
