Job summary

Mayo Clinic in Rochester, MN seeks an advanced practice provider to join Outpatient Hematology. You will assess adults with CLL, order labs/imaging, diagnose, and manage treatments including clinical trials, while handling side effects and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team.

Ideal candidates have NP or PA credentials, MN licensure, and DEA eligibility, with hematology experience preferred. Full-time, 1.0 FTE, Monday–Friday schedule.

Qualifications

• Masters prepared graduate of an accredited school of nursing and Nurse Practitioner program.
• Current Minnesota RN license and certification as aFNP, ANP or ACNP. DNP preferred.
• Or graduate of accredited Physician Assistant program with NCCPA certification and Minnesota PA registration. DEA eligibility.

Responsibilities

• Care for adult patients with Chronic Lymphocytic Leukemia (CLL) in Outpatient Hematology.
• Perform comprehensive patient assessment, order and interpret labs and imaging, diagnose and prognosticate.
• Order treatments including clinical trial therapies and standard care; manage treatment side effects.
• Collaborate within a supportive team and engage in education, research and quality improvement.
