Job summary

Nealy Pierce, LLC in Atlanta, GA is seeking an Occupational Therapist for outpatient hand therapy in a hospital-affiliated clinic. You will handle a hands-focused caseload (hands, shoulders, elbows) with neuro cases; there is on-site mentorship from a senior hand therapist.

This position offers a Monday–Friday schedule, generous PTO, CE stipend, a clinical ladder, and 401(k) match. New grads are welcome, with sign-on bonus, relocation assistance, and PSLF eligibility to support loan repayment.

Qualifications

• MOT or OTD from an accredited program.
• Active or pending Georgia OT license.
• Interest or experience in hand therapy and/or neuro.
• CHT a plus but not required.
• New grads and experienced OTs welcome.
• Strong interdisciplinary teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Take on a hands-focused caseload including hands, shoulders and elbows with neuro cases.
• Collaborate with on-site senior hand-therapy mentor to advance clinical skills.
• Contribute to a small, collaborative interdisciplinary team.
