Job summary

Sanford Health – Marshfield Clinic is seeking a BC/BE fellowship-trained Gastroenterologist for a 100% outpatient practice in Marshfield, Wisconsin. The role features no hospital call, weekends off, and significant procedure volume with an average of 14 procedures per day in a streamlined setting.

The package includes a $800,000 compensation floor for the first two years, potential to exceed that through wRVUs, plus a $200,000 retention incentive for 4 years of 1.0 FTE.

Qualifications

• M.D. or D.O. degree.
• Experience can be demonstrated by fellowship log or 50 gastroenterology cases in the last 12 months.
• Board certification or eligibility as described (ABMS/AOA/Royal College) and privileging requirements.
• Completion of Internal Medicine residency and fellowship in Gastroenterology accredited by ACGME/AOA/RCPSC.

Responsibilities

• Outpatient GI practice with no hospital call and weekends off.
• Average of 14 procedures per day in a procedure-heavy setting.
• Collaborate with Nurse Practitioners and a multidisciplinary team.
