Job summary

BJC Medical Group, part of BJC HealthCare, is hiring an Ambulatory Nurse in Gastroenterology for a 40-hour day-shift, outpatient role in Creve Coeur. The position offers benefit eligibility with no call, no weekends, and no holidays.

The candidate should have a Nursing Diploma or Associates, with a Bachelor's in Nursing preferred, and 2–5 years of ambulatory experience along with BLS certification. They join a large, physician-led group serving diverse communities.

Qualifications

• Nursing diploma or associate degree required.
• Bachelor's degree in nursing preferred.
• Minimum 2–5 years of ambulatory nursing experience.
• Current BLS RN certification required.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with PCPs and specialists to plan and implement patient care.
• Assess physical, psychosocial, and emotional needs; adjust plans per protocols.
• Provide patient education and documentation; support daily patient management.
• Follow SOPs and compliance in care delivery and record-keeping.
