Job summary

Barton Associates seeks a Gastroenterologist for a 60-day assignment in West Virginia. The physician will perform outpatient GI consults and daily endoscopic procedures, with a Monday–Friday schedule from 8 AM to 5 PM. The position requires ACLS/BLS, and Epic EMR experience is preferred.

The role focuses on outpatient clinic work with no call duties, and a small team including APPs, nurses, and MAs. Travel-related expenses are covered, and strong compensation is offered for the short assignment.

Qualifications

• Board-certified in Gastroenterology.
• Experience with outpatient GI consults and endoscopic procedures.
• Ability to perform 8–12 GI scopes daily.

Responsibilities

• Interpret and read own pathology reports.
