Job summary

Baystate Health in western Massachusetts is seeking an experienced Advanced Practitioner to join the Division of Geriatric Medicine in Longmeadow. This full-time role operates Monday–Friday, 8a–5p, with 1 hour of protected time each day, and no nights, calls, or weekends.

Qualifications

• BC Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant with 1 year APP practice.

Responsibilities

• Care for aging population in a clinic setting with cognitive impairment and goals-of-care discussions.
• Collaborate with social workers, nursing staff, rehabilitation specialists, pharmacists, and families.
• Participate in onboarding and ongoing professional development.
• Provide care Monday-Friday 8a-5p with 1 hour protected time daily; no nights/call/weekends.
