Job summary

CHRISTUS St. Vincent’s Center for Healthy Aging seeks a compassionate Geriatrician or Internal Medicine Physician to join our outpatient team in Santa Fe, NM. The role emphasizes 4Ms-focused, patient-centered care in a supportive, interdisciplinary setting.

The position offers 100% outpatient work with flexible scheduling, typically MON–FRI; manage ~16 patients daily, with light call and strong nurse navigation support.

Qualifications

• MD or DO required.
• Board Certification or Eligibility in Geriatric Medicine or Internal Medicine.
• Eligible for or currently holding New Mexico medical license.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive outpatient medical care for adult and geriatric patients.
• Conduct preventive health screenings and wellness evaluations.
• Diagnose and manage acute and chronic medical conditions.
• Develop individualized treatment plans and coordinate with specialists.
• Order and interpret diagnostic tests and procedures.
• Support patients in maintaining independence and quality of life.
